How to schedule, reschedule, and cancel sessions:

Log in at the top of the page to your account

Once signed in, go to the Services tab and sign up for your two 60 minute Massages and/or Access Bars sessions (when you attend, you get to decide what type of massage you'd like - lymphatic drainage, Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, etc)

When you go to pay, click either payment option to start (pay in-person or pay online). The next page allows you to then choose to use your plan under Payment.

Your membership sessions auto-update at the beginning of your next billing cycle for you to book your next session. At the beginning of your next billing cycle, sign into your account and schedule your next session.
​
If you go to book an additional massage outside of your plan within the same billing cycle, it will expect you to pay full price.

Want to come at the same day and time each month?
You get first choice scheduling in your membership!

At your first scheduled session (or by replying to this email), let Jess know you'd like to come in at a certain day and time each month to get your future sessions on the books. No need for you to schedule yourself!
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session:
There is NO cancellation fee. Please just give us at least 24 hours notice so we can prepare.
In the confirmation email you receive after scheduling your session, you can reschedule or cancel straight from there or send us an email at sevenpinesapothecary@gmail.com.
Can't make it AT ALL one month?? Two options:

Gift your session to someone in your family! Just schedule the session for them and email us letting us know the first and last name of who is coming, plus their relation to you (mother, daughter, sister, husband, wife, etc).

Rollover your session - you can roll over one session to the following month.

Example: you miss your 1 February session so you book 2 sessions in March.
Do so by emailing Jess to manually schedule your rollover session.​
Note: It is up to you to reach out if you have to miss a month and want to rollover. Only one session can be rolled over to the following month. Sessions cannot be rolled over more than one month into the future.

Our policies:
Rescheduling and/or cancelling sessions: There is NO cancellation fee. Please just give us at least 24 hours notice so we can prepare.
Missed sessions: If you miss your monthly session and did not request to roll it over in the following month or gift it to someone, that session can no longer be scheduled and refunds are not available for that month.
Cancelling membership: If you're considering cancelling your membership, please let us know how we can help. You may cancel your membership at any time. To do so, sign into your account at our website www.sevenpinesapothecary.com.
There are no hidden fees, no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and you may cancel at any time.
