Service Description
Experience the perfect balance of bodywork and energetic restoration with this deeply intuitive 2 hour session. The session begins with a customized 60 min massage tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're seeking relief from tension, stress reduction, relaxation, or focused therapeutic work, your massage will be personalized to support your body's specific goals. Directly following your massage, you'll enjoy a 60 min Access Bars session- a gentle hands-on energy process designed to release mental clutter, limiting beliefs, stress, and energetic blocks. As light touch is applied to specific points on the head, many clients experience a profound sense of relaxation, mental clarity, ease and inner peace. Together these two complimentary modalities create a holistic wellness experience that supports the body, mind and spirit. Leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed, reconnected to yourself and recharged! This session is two hours and includes a 1 hour Massage and a 1 hour Access Bars session. Your massage is custom to you and can include any of the following techniques: -Deep tissue/Therapeutic -Swedish/Relaxation -Pregnancy Accommodations -Lymphatic Drainage You may choose your handmade natural aromatherapy and massage cream scent, made by Seven Pines Apothecary, for your session. Access Bars is a very gentle form of energy work where your brain waves actually slow down, allowing behavioral patterns, belief systems and points of view that you have been running from childhood or from other lifetimes to be accessed. You become more present in your life and the past doesn't project into your future the same way. By getting your Bars run you are literally changing the probabilities of future possibilities. What to expect: If you are a new client, you are required to fill out a quick intake form when you arrive with key information about you and your health history so we understand your background. We will customize your session to fulfill your needs using different bodywork techniques. We do not charge separately for different techniques, we charge by time. You will leave the session feeling lighter, relaxed, stress free and your mind will be crystal clear. Some people feel immediate effects and some people will feel the effects over time. Sessions can be held at my home in Warrington, PA or at Evergreen Counseling & Wellness in Hatboro, PA. My direct address will be sent to you in the email confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy: - If you need to cancel/reschedule your session, there is no cancellation fee the first time; however we request that you please give us at least 24 hours notice as a courtesy. - If you must cancel/reschedule a second time within a month and it is under 24 hours prior to your session, we cannot reschedule within that month and your month's session will be forfeited. - If you no-show your appointment, we cannot reschedule and your month's session will be forfeited. - If you have a membership that is currently paused and need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your session, there is a 50% cancellation fee that will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. Non-member Cancellation Policy: - If you need to cancel/reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your session. - If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your session, there is a 50% cancellation fee that will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. - Please note that if you are part of a monthly membership, there is no cancellation fee.
