Studies have found that massage is not only great for the physical body but for mental and emotional health as well. It helps to manage stress, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, chronic and acute pain, rest and recovery from intense activity, injury and surgery, and so much more. I have been a massage therapist since 2013 when I started on my own healing journey. Massage has changed my life and set me on a path of self discovery and service to my community.
