Service Description

Relax your body and recharge your mind with a healing massage therapy session. This session is customized to your individual needs for your mind, body and spirit. At the start of your session, we can discuss what you would like included within your massage, including: -Deep tissue/Therapeutic -Swedish/Relaxation -Pregnancy Accommodations -Lymphatic Drainage What to expect during your Massage session: -As a new client you are required to fill out a quick intake form when you arrive that includes key information about you and your health history so we understand your background. -After you fill out the form, we will have a quick chat about what you are looking to achieve during your massage session. -We will go over health history and if you have any specific areas you would like focused on. We will customize your session to fulfill your needs using different bodywork techniques. -We do not charge separately for different techniques, we charge by time. Every massage includes one Seven Pines handmade natural aromatherapy and massage cream. Our massage creams come in 9 different scents with multiple benefits for each one. You have the option to choose your cream or we can suggest a cream for you. Unscented cream is available as well. I also love to wrap your feet with hot towels toward the end of the session for comforting relaxation. Massage sessions are held at my home in Warrington, PA. My direct address will be sent to you in the email confirmation. Studies have shown that massage is not only great for the physical body but for mental and emotional health as well. It helps to manage stress, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, chronic and acute pain, rest and recovery from intense activity, injury, post surgery, and so much more. I have been a massage therapist since 2013 when I started on my own healing journey. For me, receiving regular massages (1-2 massages a month) has changed my life and set me on a path of healing, self care and building healthy habits my future self will thank me for. Giving massages has changed my life as well, as it has provided me with self discovery, ability to give back to others, offer service to my community and fulfill my life's purpose.
