Apply to scalp and massage into roots, let sit for a few hours or use it as part of your nighttime routine and keep it on throughout the night. Wash it out in the morning. Start with once a week. Everyone's hair texture is different so some people can use it up to 3-4 times per week. Find the best routine for your hair.
